DHgate,Alibaba, dan Ebay mana service paling baik?

Is DHGate or Alibaba.com Safe? Are They Scams?

Steve Rictor (that’s him on the left) from dropshipincome.net has some pretty insightful articles on dropshipping for beginners, and which dropshippers to avoid. While I agree generally with Steve’s general views about certain dropshipping websites like DHGate and Alibaba, I believe that with good research and caution, you can still make pretty good money, as not ALL merchants from these websites are scams A trend with sellers is that a lot of them are reluctant to trust dropshippers from China. The bias only grows and reaches critical mass, creating a snowballing effect with more and more people shunning China suppliers as they stumble upon more and more websites and forums with people groaning about how a certain China dropshipper screwed them over. These whims generally range from suppliers not shipping items after payment,  or that the items are not as described or are fakes. The first two reasons are beyond your control, and the only way to reduce such trouble is to make sure you properly research the supplier’s reputation before making any large order. Do a small test order to see if the supplier is legitimate. Order a sample if you need to. Reputable dropshippers will most likely agree to ship a sample for a fee, as they probably want to please you with a good sample so that you go back to them with a larger order (and ultimately more profits for them). Fly-by-might scammers will probably give an excuse NOT to send a sample by saying ‘order too small! shipping difficult! you buy 500 we give discount, for you my friend only, thank and regards and hope to hear from you friend’. As for scammers sending fake trend products, I have to apologise for being blunt here, but mostly you have yourself to blame for trusting that real iPhones cost 20% of their actual retail price! 95% of China electronics are OEM factory makes, and I highly do NOT recommend you to believe that you can get real trend products like iPhones from them. Strike out suppliers who offer such products, and tread carefully on those who appear legitimate.
Lately while browsing a local bookstore in town, I came across a book on regarding Alibaba.com. The title
is alibaba
alibaba: The Inside Story Behind Jack Ma and the Creation of the World’s Biggest Online Marketplace. Alibaba.com is clearly in a league of it’s own as one of the world’s biggest B2B online marketplace, and it is China-based! With such a huge volume of merchants registered at the site, it is impossible to ensure that all merchants are honest. The same analogy can be applied to eBay. We all know that eBay is the largest online auction side with an impeccable reputation. However, this does not stop buyers and sellers from coming across errant ‘black sheep’ who ruin the buying/seller experience for others. That said, it is wise to stay on your toes and do lots of googling on specific merchants on these sites to find out if others are having the same bad experience, before making any orders. When in doubt, make a small volume order to benchmark a merchant’s reliability first. If an offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is! That said, it is definitely possible to make money selling stuff from China. For more information about how I made my first few hundred dollars with DHGate, read my article on my first success selling things online. Cheers!
